Welcome to hobit. By creating an account or using hobit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use. One person may not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Nature of the Service
hobit is a simulated futures-trading platform provided for entertainment and educational purposes. Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, or investment advice. Trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not guarantee any profit.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit bugs in the Service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Deposits and Balances
Balances, positions, and related figures shown in the Service are managed by hobit. You are responsible for verifying your own activity. We may correct errors, adjust balances, or reverse transactions caused by bugs, abuse, or fraud.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hobit is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be delayed, restricted, or unavailable in certain situations. These situations include, but are not limited to, security reviews, suspected fraud or abuse, technical maintenance or outages, insufficient liquidity, regulatory or compliance requirements, and violations of these Terms. We do not guarantee that withdrawals will always be available, and we are not liable for losses resulting from any such delay or unavailability.
